September Meeting

  • Ct STATE Naugatuck Community College 750 Chase Parkway Waterbury, CT, 06708 United States (map)

Hosted by CT State Naugatuck Community College, Waterbury CT

Guest Chef: After careers in tightrope, television news, law and firefighting Roberto Tschudin Lucheme entered the culinary arena. After exploring scratch Italian, scratch French, molecular gastronomy and pastry he landed in chocolate. Despite flunking finger painting in kindergarten, he discovered a knack for sculpture work.

We concentrate on the Criollo and Trinitario varietals, mostly from the Caribbean and Central America.  Connecticut Grown products such as mint, honey and herbs, combined  with spices from around the world add originality and dimension.

We focus on hand-made, artisanal, fresh cream chocolates. though we do offer some butter-based and, at the other extreme, vegan.  Whether bon-bons, truffles or caramels, our chocolates make great gifts, wedding favors, or simple pleasures. Custom sculptures, too!
